Martine Dé was born in 1953 in Saint-Maur. She studied art with engravers and painters. She exhibits mainly in the Paris region and at the Salon d'Automne. Her paintings are fascinating studies on perspective and color. The artist's work contradicts our fundamental perception of stability and perception through the juxtaposition of colors. De's paintings have a dystopian character that captivates the viewer's eye. She uses a non-linear perspective to question the gaze in society. Her paintings enrich everyday life and renew what is familiar with an astonishing vivacity.
